By accessing or using MemoirTalk, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MemoirTalk is an AI-powered memoir application that helps seniors record, preserve, and share their life stories through natural voice conversation. The service includes:
You retain full ownership of the life stories, memories, and personal content you share through MemoirTalk ("Your Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the MemoirTalk service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not share sensitive information you would not want stored digitally.
You agree not to:
MemoirTalk offers a free tier and optional paid plans. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system.
Subscription management and purchase verification are handled in part by RevenueCat. By making a purchase, you also agree to RevenueCat's Terms of Service.
MemoirTalk includes optional family group features. Family administrators are responsible for managing invitations and member roles within their group. Elders retain full control over which stories are visible to family members. MemoirTalk does not grant family administrators access to content an elder has not chosen to share.
The MemoirTalk app, its design, logo, and AI-generated formatting and structure are owned by MemoirTalk. Your Content remains yours. MemoirTalk's name, branding, and technology may not be copied or used without written permission.
MemoirTalk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be perfectly accurate.
AI-generated memoir content is based on what you share in conversation. It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of generated content before sharing or publishing it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemoirTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of MemoirTalk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may stop using MemoirTalk at any time and delete your account via the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of MemoirTalk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where MemoirTalk operates.
